RAY has reported responsibility issues since 2003. For some years now, the responsibility report and annual report have been combined in one.
RAY actively follows all indicators of responsibility, such as the gaming bans, age limit checks, the amounts of internal and cooperation partner personnel trained in responsibility issues, sums spent on gaming, and the opinions of the general public. The indicators are constantly being developed further.
